We start at age 4 and there is no such thing as too old for taekwondo!

Absolutely! Martial arts can be a great tool for kids with all kinds of neurodiversities. It helps with coordination, strength, and body awareness — just as it does for everyone!

We are an ATA school, which is the nation’s largest martial arts organization. In our school, you will learn forms, sparring, weapons, self-defense, weapons, board breaks, and more.

We usually just refer to Melissa ATA as a taekwondo school, but we’re not bothered by any particular label either!
